A licensed Clinical Hypnothepist, Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, qualified TRE ® Provider and Yoga Healing Facilitator

Have an inherent passion to raise consciousness and vibration and hold a healing and transformational space without judgement.

Trained in different modalities to be able to address different needs in a personalized setting and successfully resolve different issues including overcoming fears and phobias, anxiety and depression, limiting beliefs, releasing childhood trauma, releasing physical pain, weight management, relationship issues, overcoming loss and finding one’s life puprose.
